Hexachlorophane is primarily indicated in conditions like Acne, Breast abscess, Disinfectant, Dislocation, Sepsis.


Hexachlorophane is contraindicated in conditions like Burns and scalds,Damage skin.

Side Effects

The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Hexachlorophane are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Anorexia, Abdominal cramps, Rashes, Confusion, Photosensitivity, Nausea and vomiting, Skin sensitization, Dehydration, Confusion.
