Adult Dosage

16 to 26 mg/Kg | 21 (21) | 24 hourly | PO | It is available in combination with dihydroartemisinin. It should be taken with water without food. Doses are given as mg/Kg/day for three days. Maximun 4 tablets each containing 320mg Pipraquine are indicated for upto 100 Kg weight patient. However, there are no data on which to base a dose recommendation in patients weighing >100kg. |
