Adult Dosage

600 mg | 600 (600) | 12 hourly | PO | The dose can be decreased to 900mg/day and incresed upto 1800mg/day.
For renal impaired function: Starting dose is 300mg in the morning and 600 mg at night.
For much older patients(more than 65 years):Starting dose is 600mg at night or 300 mg twice daily. |
