Adult Dosage

5 to 20 mg | 12 (12.5) | As recommended. | PO | Dose to be taken in the morning. |
10 to 40 mg | 25 (25) | As recommended. | PO | Dose to be taken in the evening. For maintenance therapy, the dosage should be reduced to the minimum effective dose. Lower doses of 2.5 to 15 mg in the morning, and 5 to 30 mg in the evening have been suggested. |
