    Argemone mexicana Linn's Leaves, thistle like and oblong shape, size is usually 7.5-18 cm. Sinuately pinnatifid and spinus veins white.
    Argemone mexicana Linn's Flower, yellow in color, size is usually 2.5-5 cm in diameter. Sepals 3, prickly, ovate produced just below the tip in a short, horn like. Petals 6 ovary prickly. Capsule prickly oblong-ovoid, 2.5-3.8 cm opening by 4-6 valves.
